Hello!
Welcome to Litopia Writers' Colony…
...one of the web's oldest and most significant independent writing communities.
The Colony - as we call it - is a very special place. It is both a vibrant literary salon and a sweatshop. You can trade bon mots here over morning coffee, and hone your manuscript in the afternoon.
The Colony is currently divided into 27 different areas of activity, encompassing pretty much every aspect of the writer's life. And we're constantly growing - the podcast being our most recent progeny.
Above all, we're most proud of our strong collegiate atmosphere. As you'll quickly discover, the Colony has an enormously distinctive and friendly ambience. This is a place where talent can be incubated, friendships forged, and careers ignited.

EmailI just wanted to give some good news to everyone who has supported our podcasts, either by listening, taking part or promoting them.
First, the online radio station LITSTATION will be rebroadcasting LITOPIA AFTER DARK from November 3rd. This will take us to a whole new audience, and is quite an honor!
Further, our own audience figures are looking terrific for the quarter about to end. We had an audience of 6,500 for the previous period – with a few days to go, we are just over 18,000! I suspected we’d double, but trebling is amazing! Congratulations to everyone who’s helped make the shows so successful.
You can help us even more, please. Visit the podcast website right now and click on the “Tell A Friend!” button. Then enter some e-mail addresses and hit send. We don’t collect addresses – they’re strictly private.
Most of our listeners come through personal recommendation, and you can help us to to keep growing!
Thanks!
