Jonah Lehrer, author of the just-published The Decisive Moment: How The Brain Makes Up Its Mind continues to talk to Peter today about some of the profound issues his book raises – in particular, the question of reductionism.
In today’s Write Report, Donna reports that novelist Clive Cussler is in deep legal doo-doo – he has been ordered to pay nearly US$14m in legal fees to a film production company, Crusader, who he sued – claiming that they had breached a contract that gave him rights to approve the film’s screenplay. Crusader counter-sued, accusing Cussler of exaggerating his sales figures.
