The Debriefer: Shouting Fire in a Crowded Theater

Threatening the president… online newspapers… and giraffe attacks… all part of the rich tapestry that is today’s Debriefer.  To what extent should you be allowed to shout fire in a crowded theater?  The phrase refers to a famous Supreme Court case that explored the limits of First Amendment protection of free speech.  What do you think?

Presented by Donna Ballman and Peter Cox.
